SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries
Your delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout and recorded in your order confirmation and invoice, which is emailed to you.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of your order confirmation, except during high volume periods such as sales and special events (e.g. the festive season) during which delivery may take up to 21 business days.
Your order will only be delivered on business days (Monday-Friday) between 09.00-16.00 to a valid address in South Africa. You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification when accepting delivery of your Matawi order.
Two attempts will be made to deliver your order: if you refuse or neglect to be available to take receipt of the order, after 2 failed delivery attempts, you may incur additional shipping charges or your purchase may be returned to Matawi, in which case you will be refunded, with deductions made for delivery charges and reasonable administrative costs incurred.
Tracking
Within 48 hours of your order being dispatched, you will receive an email or sms confirmation indicating your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your order. Upon delivery, please inspect your Matawi products to be satisfied that they conform to the quality and quantity ordered and are free from any defects. We urge you to contact us promptly at info@matawi.co.za in the event you have any complaints pertaining to your purchase.
